How does someone with a growth mindset view mistake/failure? | learning experience |
What does it mean for a goal to be measurable? | knowing whether or not the goal is completed "I want to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week" |
Growth Mindset | believes that skill and intelligence can be developed and grown |
Health | physical body is free of disease, ailment, or injury |
