Definiton for Constitution: A set of customs, traditions, rules, and laws that set a way of Governement is organized.
Definition for Bill of Rights: It is the first ten Amendments to the United States Contitution.
Definition for Amendment: An Amendment is an addition or change to the United States Contitution.
1st Amendment: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Assmebly, Right to petiton the Government, Free Exercise Clause.
2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms.
3rd Amendment: The Government cannot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without your consent in time of war or peace.
4th Amendment: The right against unreasonable search and serizures of persons and property.
5th Amendment: Try a person person more than once for the same crime, make a person testify against himself, take away a personslife, liberty, or preperty without good reason.
6th Amendment: Right to a free trial- A speedy and public trial, A jury trial in a criminal case, Be told what he/she is accused opf doing wrong, Have an attorney, call witnesses to speak on his behalf.
7th Amendment: Aright to a Trial with Jury.
8th Amendment: Fair bail and punishments- A person charged wih a crime has a right to a fair fine. There cannot be any cruel and unusual punishment.
