| show | Performance in ADL's will be affected. Slowing of oral movements can cause difficulty with speech. Micographia- small and cramped handwriting. Akinesia. Rigidity in trunk and extremities inability to swing the arms during walking.

| show | Flexed posture, masked facies, dsyphagia, festinating gait, freezing episodes and fatigue. Postural deficits flexion of the head, neck and trunk forward displacement of COG.

| What are the systemic manifestations of PD? | show 🗑
