L1,2,3   myotome= iliopsoas? four times inner (start high!) thigh. NO REFLEX

L2,3,4   myotome= leg extension! myotome= 2 medial upper leg, 2 medial calf, ARCH, Big Toe. Reflex= patellar

L5   PILATES (Reflex= biceps femoris) plus Toes Resist Being Pushed Down plus Big Toe pushes up again hand! Dermatome= lateral calf, dorsum of foot, ALL THREE middle toes.
