Aerobic Fitness (Step Aerobics and Zumba) Unit

Basic | Step up with the one foot and then down. |
V-Step | Take the feet wide on the step then close together on the floor. |
Knee Lift | Step with one food and lift the opposite knee. |
Meringue | Marching while swaying with your hips to the music. |
Salsa | Stepping out to the left while switching your weight to the right leg. Repeat with left leg. |
Cumbia | Stand sideways slightly and then tap first your right and left foot forward. |
Reggaeton | Step to the right side and bring your left food to touch your right. Repeat with left foot. |
Heart Rate | Number of times heart beats per minute. |
Tachycardia | Increased resting heart rate. |
Bradycardia | Low resting heart rate. |
Target Heart Rate | Predicted maximum heart rate during exercise. |
