Skeletal System Gives your body structure and protects yours organs

Esophagus A tube that is connected to the stomach
Stomach Mixes food with chemicals to break it down
Small Intestine Absorbs nutrients from food
Large Intestine Absorbs water from food
Brain Collects information and makes decisions
Spinal Cord Main pathway for messages between the brain and the rest of the body
Nerves Carry messages from inside or outside the body
Muscles Pull the bones to produce movement
Trachea Moves air down your throat
Unicellular an organism made up of only one cell
Multicellular an organism made up of more than one cell
System a group of parts that work together
Cell the smallest part of a living thing that can carry out all the processes of life
