Is é an Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann atá freagracht as rincí, amhráin agus ceoil na tíre a chaomhnú agus a chur chun cinn i gcéin is i gcóngar.
Tháinig feabhas agus forbairt ar an gComhaltas ó shin i leith agus faoi láthair, tá breis is 400 craobh aige ar fud na cruinne.
An cultúr Gaelach a thabhairt ar aghaidh go dtí an chéad ghlúin eile- sin atá idir lámha ag an gComhaltas
