Knowingly sexually contacts a person who is mentally defective, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless, or in a correctional state facility Sexual Assult in the Third degree
Penalty for Sex. ass. 3 Class C felony
Knowingly sexually contacts by compulsion Sexual Assult in the Fourth degree
Knowingly exposes genitals to a person. Result victim is alarmed or in fear of bodily injury Sexual Assult in the Fourth degree
Knowingly trespasses on property for surreptitious surveillance for sexual gratification Sexual Assult in the Fourth degree
Penalty for Sex. Ass. 4 Misdemeanor
Person resides in the same home with a minor under the age of 14 yrs. or has recurring access to the minor and engages in 3 or more sexual contact . Continous Sexual Assult of a minor under the age of fourteen
Intentionally exposes genitals, like to cause affront ( ie. offended ) Indecent exposure
Penalty for Indecent exposure Petty Misdemeanor
Sexual penetration with another who is within the degrees of consanguinity ( ie. blood ) Incest
Penalty for Incest Class C Felony
