Knowingly causes, sponsors, arranges, or holds, a dogfight for entertainment or financial gain Curelty to animals by dog fighting in the First degree
Recklessly allows dog fighting to occur on any property owned or allows any dog kept, trained on, or transported on any property owned Cruelty to animals by dog fighting in the First degree
Penalty for Cruelty to Animals by Dog Fighting 1 Class B felony
Knowingly wagers attends or pays to attend, or possess any device intended to enhance dog fighting for the purpose of training Cruelty to animals by dog fighting in the Second degree
Penalty for Cruelty to Animals by Dog Fighting 2 Class C felony
Penalty for Causing Injury or Death to a Service Dog First offense is a fine of not more than $2000 and/ or prison not more than 30 days, second offense fine not more than $5000 and/ or prison not more than 30 days

Posseses more than fifteen dogs, cats, or both; fails to provide necessary sustenance; fails to correct conditions Animal Hoarding
