Whats is a Pullman loaf? It is a rectangular shaped sandwich bread loaf with a flat top and an even texture
What is a croissant? It is a flaky crescent shaped roll
What is a Focaccia? It is an Italian flat bread that is flavored with oil and herbs.
What is a kaiser role? It is a round crusty roll that is often sprinkled with poppy or seaseme seeds.
What is a torpedo roll? It is a round skinny sandwich roll.
What is a pita? It is a round shaped flat bread cut open to form a pocket.
What is a tortilla? It is a round flat bread that is cooked in a griddle or deep fried.
What is a chapatti? It is an Indian whole wheat flat bread.
What is a phyllo? It is a very thin, layered pastry dough.
What is a crepe? It is a small thin pancake made with egg batter.
What is an appetizer? It is the first course of a meal.
What is a brochette? A combination of meat,poultry,fish, and vegetables on a small skewer.
What is a bouchee? It is a appetizer that uses shells made from puff pastry.
What is a barquette? It uses dough formed into a small boat shaped shell.
