Columns | a vertical group of values within a table. |
Archive | a single file that contains multiple files and/or folders |

Drop Down Menu | horizontal list of options that each contain a vertical menu. |
File Extension | is the suffix at the end of a filename that indicates what type of file it is.example, "myreport.txt," |
File Format | defines the structure and type of data stored in a file. |
File Type | name given to a specific kind of file. For example, a Microsoft Word document and an Adobe Photoshop document are two different file types. |
Minimize | you hide it from view. This is commonly done to unclutter the display or to view other open windows without closing the current window |
Multitasking | processing multiple tasks at one time. |
Operating System | is software that communicates with the hardware and allows other programs to run. |
