Term | Definition |

Gender Identity | how you think about yourself ex. man woman, something in between |
Gender Expression | how you demonstrate your gender to the world ex masculine, feminine, something in between |
Biological Sex | determined by sexual organs, hormones and chromosomes ex male female or inter sex |
Sexual orientation | who you are physically and emotionally attracted to ex heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual. |

Asexual | lack of sexual attraction or orientation |
Gays | attracted to men |
lesbians | attracted to women |
bisexual | Men or women who are attracted to both sexes. |
Pan sexual | people who feel that they have the potential to be sexually attracted towards people of all gender identities |
Poly-sexual | people who are sexually attracted to those with other gender identities gender categories show that there is variation between biology and how one identifies. |
