What is the licensing fee? $80
Does KS offer a temporary license? If so, how long is it valid? Yes; valid for 3 months or until the board approves the application for licensure/certification, whichever comes first
How much does a temporary license cost? $25

How many CEU's are required & over what time period? Minimum 40 contact hours per 2-year period
What is the licensing renewal fee? Paper- $70 Online- $67 Late Fee- $5
If a PT is initially license/has been reinstate for more than 1 year but less than 2 years how many CEUs are required? At least 1/2 of contact hours
What are the "supervision of support personnel" regulations? PT is responsible for PT services provided by PTAs & any other support personnel working under the personal supervision of the PT
What is "personal supervision"? Oversight by a PT or PTA acting under the direction of the PT who is on-site & immediately available to the support personnel
What is the maximum amount of PTAs a PT can have working under them at a time? PT shall not have more than 4 PTAs working concurrently under the direction of that PT
