System Maintenance | 5th stage, involves checking, changing, and enhancing the system to make it more useful |

Artificial Intelligence (AI) | refers to the art and science of creating computer systems that simulate human thought and behavior |
Convectional AI | uses programming that emphasizes statistical analysis to calculate the probability of various outcomes in order to find the best solution |
Expert System (ES) | conventional AI programmed to function like a human in particular field or area |
Computer Intelligence | is an offshoot of AI that employ methodologies such as neural networks, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary computation to set up a system whereby the software develop intelligence through an iterative learning process |
Neural Network | or neural net, uses software to simulate the functioning of the neurons in human brains |
Turing Test | was devised by Alan Turing as a method of determining if a machine exhibits human intelligence |
AI Applications | melthodologies are applied to solve problems and provide service |
Robotics | developing mechanical or computer devices to perform tasks that require a high degree of precision or are tedious or hazardous for humans -they do dull, dirty, and dangerous jobs |
