What is an Omsbudman? Is a person whose role is to investigate complaints of unfair treatment by various organisations.
What does they omsbudsman investigate? Government Deopartments,City or county councils, An post and The health service executive
What is The Small Claims Court? This a quick,cheap and effective way of resolving a consumer dispute involving up to £2000 compensation.
