2 Consumer laws :Consumer protection act 2007 :Supply of goods and services act 1980
Trade association The consumer may contact the society of the irish motor industry top investigsate the dispute
Media brining the disputre to the attention of the local or national media can often result in a fair settlement
Ombudsman an ombudsman could be used if the dispute involved a complaint against a public sector organisation , an insurance or a financial insituation
