The First 10 Amendments to the Constitution

5th Amendment Freedom from being accused of crime except by a grand jury indictment and from being tried twice for the same crime
6th Amendment Right to a fair trial in criminal cases
7th Amendment Right to jury trial in most civil cases
8th Amendment Right to reasonable bail, fines and punishment
9th Amendment Protection of rights not written in Constitution
10th Amendment Powers not given to federal government are reserved to the states or the people
