Renal system (kidneys)responsible overall volume of the body(homeostasis),elimination of large amounts of medications by the tubules & waste,regulates blood pressure by hormones, controls red blood cells by hormones
Gastrointestinal system (GI tract), digestive system
Diseases if the GI? peptic ulcer disease
Endocrine system vast array of homones and organs that help regulate many specific bodily functions(blood sugar & thyroid gland)
Hypothalamic Pituitary Axis regulates the endocrine system,groth hormone, adenocoriticotropic hormone(ACTH),prolactin (breast milk), thyroid-simulating hormone(TSH)
Pancreas (Endocrine system) controls blood sugar
Hematolologic system contains all parts of the blood-proteins,red blood cells,ect. that carries oxygen to the cells and takes away waste from the cells
Coagulation ability for blood to clot
Platelets small cells in the blood that helps blood to clot
Manuubrium bone in the center of the chest where blood is formed in the bone marrow
Red blood cells lives 120 days and carries oxygen
Diseases of the hematolgic system? anemia-low iron level
Test for coagulation? PTT(partial thromboplastin time) PT(prothrobin time)

Myocardial infraction is another term for what condition? heart attack
