Actively Involved Member Someone who has actively participated as an active or alumna i.e, in meetings, service events and activities, as deemed by the chapter, or as a paid member of the NAA.
Legacy A sister, daughter, or granddaughter of a member in good standing. The individual does not have to be blood related. She can go through closed rush without a vote, but must meet all requirements once a new member.

Neophyte A member who has fulfilled all of the requirements of new membership and has not yet been initiated.

President makes sure all officers are doing their jobs, plans retreats and officer transitions, only allowed the one Exec. Board position, official representative of the chapter
Vice President advisor for all committees, assists the president, authority to assume presidency when needed, takes position of any officer unable to
Standards Officer upholds standards, responsible for the national standards manual, responsible for keeping the Constitution and by-laws up to date.
Service Officer Determine service projects, keep record of each sisters service activities, collect the log of member's hours at each monthly meeting
New Member Educator plan and administer in the New Member Program that will teach New Members the idea and standards of Kappa Delta Chi.
Treasurer Keep accurate records of all receipts and expenses of the chapter and make weekly financial reports at the beginning of each meeting; prepare a schedule of payments, as well as a proposed budget for approval; inventory, tax, national dues
Recording Secretary record all proceedings and transactions, keep membership files and rosters up to date, send a roster each semester to national, distributing and collecting letters of intent, meeting minutes
Corresponding Secretary all correspondence including a monthly newsletter, with the inactives, alumnae, and other chapters, prospective chapters, the Founders, and the National Administrative Council
Sergeant-at-Arms responsible for counting votes, calling role, and handling all matters of absences at meeting and other chapter activities. responsible for maintaining order
Historian/Chaplain keep official records of all transactions and projects (scrapbooks, fundraising projects, rush, and committees); arrangements for photographs of the chapter in the university yearbook; devotionals, morale boosters, and messages of concern
Council Delegate liaison between chapter and a council, attend MGC meetings, ensure enough members attend MGC meetings to vote, read the MGC minutes at body meetings, submit party flyers to MGC
