First Amendment Freedom of religion, speech, press. Right to assemble
Second Amendment Right to bear arms. Well regulated militia
Third amendment No soldier shall be quartered in any house
Fourth amendment Protection against illegal searches and seizures
Fif No person shall be subject to the same offense twice
Sixth amendment The accused have the right to a speedy and fair trial
Seventh amendment The right of a trial by jury
Eighth amendment Excessive fines shall not be imposed, neither cruel and unusual punishment
Ninth amendment Other rights not listed in the constitution may exist and just because they are not listed doesn't mean they can be violated
Tenth amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the constitution are reserved to the states
