Customer Orientation | This means finding out customers' requirements and designing and producing a product or service to meet or exceed customers' requirements, needs and expectations. |
Quality Assurance | This attempts to guarantee that quality has been retained at all stages in teh production process. |
Quality Circles | Small groups of employees are brought together regularly to identify, discuss and develop ideas for solving problems relating to quality and efficiency. |
Benchmarking | This means working out how well a firm's performance stands up against standards set by the bst performing competitors in the market. |
