Emperor | the male sovereign or supreme ruler of an empire. |
Government | the political direction and control exercised over the actions of the members, citizens, or inhabitants of communities, societies, and states; direction of the affairs of a state, community, etc.; political administration. |
Daimyo | Feudal Japanese lord who was a landowner and typically a noble. |
Imperial | of the nature or rank of an emperor or supreme ruler. |
Social Structure | Organization of people into ranked groups, typically based on job, birth, or wealthy. A synonym of social class. |
Imperialism | the policy of extending the rule or authority of an empire or nation over foreign countries, or of acquiring and holding colonies and dependencies. |
