What is the difference between an Executive Order and an Executive Agreement? E.O. is a rule that has an effect on law E.A. is a pact between Gov officials
What is the difference between a reprieve, pardon, clemency, and amnesty? Why would the President grant one of these? Why does he have this power? Reprieve is the postponement. Pardon is legally forgiving a crime. Clemency is having mercy in federal offenses. The presiden would grant this if he felt it was justice or constitutional. He has the authority from Art. 2 Sec. 2 of the constitution.
Name 3 Executive Departments and what their responsibilities are Department of State> Visibility, size, and importance Treasury- Money War- Military

What is the process of incorporation Incorporates most guarantees in Bill of Rights into 14th amendment's Due Process Clause
What can the 9th Amendment be compared to? The Neccesary and Propper clause
What are the two types of religious freedoms? 1. Establishment Clause- separation between church and state 2. Free Exercise Clause- Freedom to believe in what ever religion you chose
What two amendments guarantee Procedural and Substantive due process? 14th and 5th amendment

What amendment made slavery illegal? 13th amendment
What is reasonable classification? Government must have to classify, draw distinctions between persons and groups
What issues do undocumented aliens produce? Shows that our country isnt protective enough if it cant keep people who havent made the effor to become citizens live here.
