What is an Autocratic Leader? | Does not share authority with workers- prefers to make most of the decisions themselves |
What is a Democratic Manager? | Are willing to discuss issues with staff & delegate responsibility down the chain of command. Trust staff Make decisions through consultation with staff |
What is a Laissez-faire Manager? | Gives staff general goals & allows the staff achieve these goals however they see fit. Trust staff Delegate decision making to staff Managers only get involved in very important issues. |
What is Organisational Culture? | Describes the businesses atmosphere, values & rules which guide the attitudes, management style and decision-making approach of a business. |
