CSA II Reports

TermDefinition
Unbound Report short reports that are prepared without binders or covers; 2" top margin, 1" left margin, 1" right margin
Title Page first page of report that includes title of the report, author's name, teacher that the report is for, class that the report is for, date that the report is due or was completed; horizontally and vertically centered and typed in all caps
Header placed on every page of the report which includes the author's last name and page number
Body content of the report (the paragraphs);should be double-spaced
Parenthetical Citations reference notes keyed in the body of the report
Endnotes used to add commentary
References used to cite a source
Work Cited page a complete listing of references cited parenthetically in the report
Sources resources used for the report listed in the work cited page; should be listed alphabetically by author's last name; single-spaced within entries and double-spaced between entries
Hanging Indent Indent used for sources in a work cited page
