What characteristics are associated with each score level for Appearance? 0 = Blue/ pale over entire body; 1 = Acrocyanosis (blueness of hands and feet); 2 = Body and extremities pink
What characteristics are associated with each score level for Pulse? 0 = No pulse; 1 = <100; 2 = > or equal to 100
What characteristics are associated with each score level for Grimace? 0 = No response to stimulation; 1 = Grimace/ weak cry when stimulated; 2 = Cry or attempt to pull away when stimulated
What characteristics are associated with each score level for Activity? 0 = None; 1 = Some flexion; 2 = Flexed extremities that resist extension
What characteristics are associated with each score level for Respirations? 0 = Absent; 1 = Weak, irregular, gasping; 2 = Strong cry
