Database A software application that stores a collection of related information and allows easy retrieval of the information
Database file format access database files have extension .mdb.
Primary key The primary key must be a field that contains information that is unique to each record. For example a Social Security number field could be used as a primary key, because the entries in the field will be unique to each person listed in the database
Deleting the Record Once a record is deleted the deletion cannot be undone the only way to reproduce the record is to reenter the data
