What is meant by physical activities? | Physical: Actions taken by customers such as visiting a store, discussing the product with salesman, comparing product with brochures and buying product. |
What is meant by mental activities? | Mental: Customer asses how well product will satisfy their needs taking into account knowledge of product and opinions and views about product. |
What are the Individual factors influences consumer behaviour? | Motivation, perception, learning, attitude, personality and life style. |
What are the group factors influencing consumer behaviour? | Family, culture, social class, reference groups and opinion leaders. |
What does a marketing concept consist of? | production orientation, sales orientation, marketing orientation, societal marketing. |
What are the four components in a market analysis? | Customers, organisations, competitors and environment |
Define market segmentation? | A group of customers who share similar set of needs and wants. |
What does a market strategy consist of ? | Product, promotion, price and place. the 4 P's |
