Employer rights | to set up and run the business as they want, to hire suitable staff, to expect fair day's work from employees and loyalty |
Employer responsibilities | to obey all labour laws, to treat all employees equally, provide a safe and healthy workplace, to pay agreed wages and to provide written contract of employment |
Probationary period | is a trial period given to new employees |
