Set-Up 1.5oz of guacamole along side 1.5oz of pico de gallo
Mexican Rice Rice w/ Mexican seasonings, onions, carrots, tomatoes, celery & poblano pepper
Frijoles A La Charra Pinto bean soup flavor with pork
Refried Beans Pinto beans twice cooked & mashed. Flavored w/ pork.
Pico De Gallo Fresh chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeños & cilantro.
Single Taco Al Carbon 1 flour tortilla stuffed & rolled w/ mesquite grilled beef or chicken. Pico de gallo & guacamole set-up.
