Describe the Civil Rights Acts of 1866, 1870, and 1871: Acts that prohibit employers from discriminating against minorities.
Describe the Fair Labor Standards Act: 1938: Among other things, this Act restricts child labor and provides for a minimum wage for employees.
Describe the Equal Pay Act: 1963: This Act requires that employers provide equal pay for men and women who do similar work.
