What does the Executive Branch of Government do? Carries out the laws
Describe the Local Level of the Executive Branch of Government? Headed by the Mayor. Our Mayor is Darquita Riley. She is responsible for managing the city of Broxton.
Describe the State Level of the Executive Branch of Government? Headed by the Governor. Our Governor is Nathan Deal. He is responsible for making sure the laws are executed (carried out), preparing the state budget, & managing the state of Georgia.
Describe the National Level of the Executive Branch of Government? Headed by the President, Vice-President, & The Cabinet. Our President is Barak Obama. He is responsible for executing (carrying out) the laws, preparing the national budget, appointing judges, in charge of the military, & managing the United States
What does the Legislative Branch of Government do? Makes the Laws
What does the Judicial Branch of Government do? Interprets the law (Explains what laws are saying exactly)
