Incentive Systems Amount of compensation connected to the quality or quantity.
Job Analyis Specific study of a job to identify in detail the job duties and skill requirements.
Labor Union Organized group of employees who negotiate with employers about issues.
Organizational Culture The environment in which people work made up of the behavior, relationships,etc.
Outsourcing Removing work from one company and sending it to another company.
Promotion Any form of communication used to inform, persuade, or remind the advancement of any employee.
Transfer The assignment of an employment relationship between a company and an employee.
Termination The end of an employment relationships between a company and an employee.
