ATP+PC, Lactic Acid (Anaerobic) and Aerobic

How long does the Aerobic system last? | From 2 minutes, lasting hours. (As long as there is sufficient oxygen to meet demand). |
What fuel does the Aerobic energy system use? | Carbohydrates, Fats and as a last resort Proteins from muscles. |
What activity or event would you use the ATP-PC system? | e.g. 100m Sprint. (Very high intensity) |
What activity or event would you use the LA system? | e.g. 400m Sprint. (High intensity) |
What activity or event would you use the Aerobic system? | Walking, Jogging, Cycling, Long distance events. (Low intensity) |
What is the by-product of the LA system? | Lactic Acid |
