Term | Definition |

Recipient | receiving or capable or receiving something |
Business Letter | a letter from one company to another, or between such organizations and their customers, clients and other external parties. |
Salutation | text is aligned along the left margin, and letter- and word-spacing is adjusted so that the text falls flush with both margins |
