Business Letter: | is usually a letter from one company to another, or between such organizations and their customers, clients and other external parties. The overall style of letter depends on the relationship between the parties concerned. |
Salutation: | a gesture or utterance made as a greeting or acknowledgment of another's arrival or departure. |
Body | Each body paragraph contains a topic sentence that tells readers what the paragraph is going to be about |
Closing | bring or come to an end. |
Justified | text is aligned along the left margin, and letter- and word-spacing is adjusted so that the text falls flush with both margins, also known as fully justified or full justification |
