Flight Cancel: No-Value 1. Pull up PNR 2. Emulate 3. Check flight segments 4. Check ticket status 5. Check fare rules and advise customer 6. Cancel segments 7. Receive and ER 8. Log the credits in CTE through QE
9. Click Cancel/ Void Ticket button 10. Click Cancel/ Void Ticket button 11. Click OK 12. Highlight the ticket number you would like to log 13. Click cancel ticket: 14. Click OK
15. You are now able to log a non-ref ticket. It will direct you back to this screen if you would like to log another ticket: 16. Go Back to the PNR and check if segments are already cancelled and if the ticket has already been logged by typing in *J‡.
17. Edit the *J line by adding /lost value 18. It will show you the ticket number: 19. Receive and ER 20. Pull up QE and search for the credit by clicking SEARCH FROM PNR button 21. Logged ticket is pulled up 22. Double-click the ticket record
23. Click the edit button 24. Click ticket status and change it to No value 25. Click submit button 26. Click OK 27. Click Exit button 28. Run Agent intervention script and select air then complete cancel non-ref.
29. Run sync cancel script 30. Annotate the record for future counselors 31. Receive and ER
