1st Amendment | Freedom of speech, religion, press, petition and assembly. |
2nd Amendment | Right to bear arms and have ownership of a self-regulated militia. |
3rd Amendment | No forced quartering of soldiers in your home. |
4th Amendment | No unwarranted searches or seizures of property. |
5th Amendment | No forced self-incrimination, double jeopardy, and no deprivation of life or limb without due process of law. |
6th Amendment | Right to a fair and speedy trial. |
7th Amendment | Right to a Jury in Civil cases. |
8th Amendment | No cruel or unusual punishment. |
9th Amendment | Natural Rights to people. |
10th Amendment | Power to the State. |

What was D.C. vs. Heller? | It had to do with a person's individual right to bear arms. |
