double rhyme | 2 syllables of rhyme |
triple rhyme | 3 syllables o rhyme |
stanza | two or more lines of poetry |
simile | a comparison of two things using like or as |
sonnet | 19 lines of poetry with a definite rhyme scheme |

alliteration | repetition of the first consonant sound in the beginning of words |
