What is a Vision? An encompassing explanation of why the organization exists and where it's trying to head.
What are Goals? The broad, long term accomplishments an organization wishes to attain.
What is the Mission Statement? An outline of the fundamental purpose of an organization.
What does S.W.O.T means? Strengths Weakness Opportunities and Threats.
What is the S.W.O.T analysis? A planning tool used to analyze an organization strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
What does decision making mean? Choosing among two or more alternatives
What are the technical skills? Skills that involve the ability to perform tasks in a specific discipline or department.
What are funds? Amounts of money.
What does profit means? The difference between revenue and expenses.
What are ledgers? Books in which financial records are written.
