Tab | Used to organize information |
Tab Stop | Aligns copy into columns |
Left tab | Text is aligned to the left of the tab marker |
Right tab | Text is aligned to the right of the tab marker |
Center tab | Text is aligned in the center of the tab marker |
Tabs panel | Shift+Ctrl+T |
Default preset tab | The default spacing when you press the tab key |
Tab leader | A series of repeating characters between a tab stop and the following text or the end of the text frame |
Automatic right tab | Automatically right aligns text |
Decimal tab | Allows the copy to line up according to the position of the decimal |
Align to special character tab | Used to align to a specific character ($,.,:,;) |
Indent to Here | Used to set where you want your indent to go to |
Repeat tab | Repeat tab Used to equally space tab stops, based on the position of the first tab stop, are spread across the line |
Table | Used to organize information into columns (like tabs) |
Row | The horizontal division of a table |
Column | The vertical division of a table |
Cell | One grouping within a table used for storing information or data |
Merge cells | Used to make two or more cells into one |
Convert text to table | Used to put existing text into their respective spots in a table |
