Geographic Factor Physical conditions, such as climate (temperature and rainfall), land-forms in terms of altitudes, the quality of the soil and the availability of energy and mine resources are the important geographical determinants of population distribution.
Absolute location locating a place using coordinates.
Climate factors include latitude, elevation, nearby water, ocean currents, topography, vegetation, and prevailing winds. The global climate system and any changes that occur within it also influence local climate.
Population density the number of people living per unit of an area (e.g. per square mile); the number of people relative to the space occupied by them
Limited government led by the citizens, constitution limits the powers of the government.
Unlimited government led by government, they have complete control, there is no constitution to limit their power.
Rule by one monarchy or dictatorship.
Rule by few small group has power.
Rule by many people have the power.
Economic systems a system of production and exchange of goods and services as well as allocation of resources in a society.
Developed countries countries with a high per capita gross domestic product
developing countries countries with a low per capita gross domestic product
Culture Traits A cultural trait is a characteristic of human action that is acquired by people socially and transmitted via various modes of communication. Cultural traits are things that allow for a part of one culture to be transmitted to another.
