Search Engine | a program that searches for and identifies items in a database that correspond to keywords or characters specified by the user, used especially for finding particular sites on the World Wide Web. |
Instant Messaging | 1.a message sent via the Internet that appears on the recipient's screen as soon as it is transmitted. |
VoIP | Voice over Internet Protocol, a form of technology that allows for speech communication via the Internet. |

Router | A network device that forwards data packets from one network to another. |
Network Card | part of a computer's hardware configuration. This device allows a computer to connect to, and communicate with, a network of any size. |

Encryption | process of making data unreadable by other humans or computers for the purpose of preventing others from gaining access to its contents |
Address Bar | Alternatively referred to as the address box, location bar, or URL bar, the address bar is a term used to describe the text box used to enter a website's address in an Internet browser. |
Links | a reference to data that is easily accessed by clicking the highlighted text. Writers insert hyperlinks or links in articles and other documents. |
Navigation Buttons | The Computers navigation button displays the Computers Overview pane, which contains information about the computers managed by System Center Essentials and provides access to related tasks. |
