Permanent Another term for a full time employee that works 40+ hours a week that also includes benefits
Front Desk Representative This job is at the bottom of the sample career ladder. It is the most basic but in my opinion the most important job in the hospitality industry.
Hawthorne Effect This impacts employee performance when they are being observed, where they tend to perform better when being observed. This happens a lot in high schools.
Job Specification A form that details the personal characteristics such as education level, training, work experience, and abilities required in an applicant in order to be successful in that specific job or position.
