Flexibility | the degree to which an individual muscle will lengthen |

Body Composition | the amount of fat in the body compared to the amount of lean mass (muscle, bones, etc.) |

What is frequency? | how often you exercise |
What is intensity? | how hard you work during exercise |
What is time? | how long you exercise |
What is type? | the type of activity you're doing |
