What does the 17th Amendment allow? The 17th Amendment allows members of HOR (House of Representatives) to be elected directly.
What is the required age to become a member of the HOR (House of Representatives)? The required age to become a member of the HOR (House of Representative) is to be at least twenty-five years old.

Cloture An agreement made three-fifths of members of the Senate to end a debate on a bill and allow a vote on it.
Pocket Veto When the President can ignore a bill by no signing it or saying no for ten days when Congress ends.
President Pro Tempore When the officer presides over the Senate when the Vice President is absent.
Bill A proposed law
Fillbuster A use of long speeches to prevent a vote on a bill in the Senate.
Bill of Attainder A law that convicts someone of a crime without a trial.
