One of the themes in this play is freedom.What do you think this play reveals about our need for freedom? This play reveals how loss of freedom affects the human spirit.
How can Mr. Frank be considered a hero? Mr. Frank shows great kindness,patience, and resourcefulness in the midst of a horrible situation. He smooths out the conflicts that arise between the others and helps Anne to grow into her own perosn.
How did Anne's Diary come to be published? Meip gave it to her father, who decided to publish it.
