Chronic Complainer | Customer that is never satisfied and always has something wrong |

Complaint | Customer that purchases something and alleges deficiencies |
Customer Service | Companies ability to supply wants and needs to the customer |
Customer Service representative | A person in a business or company that often interacts with the customer before and after transaction occurs |
High-Roller Customer | customer who expects the best and is willing to pay for it and usually compailns |
Manager | person who has control or direction of a company |
Meek Customer | customer who will generally not complain but is dangerous to the company because they will complain to other people |
Rip-Off Customer | customer who wants to get something they are not entitled to get but often responds with a repetitive |
