Chronic Complainer | Customer who is never satisfied and feels something is wrong. |
Clientel | Client for a company or business. |

Complaint | When a customer says something bad for a product they purchased. |
Customer Service | Company who supply's a customer's wants and needs. |
Customer Service Representative | Person in a business who talks with a customer before and after they purchase something. |
High-Roller Customer | Customer who wants the best pays for it, and complains in a reasonable manner. |
Manager | Person with control for a company or business. |
Meek-Customer | Customer who doesn't complain to the business, but complains to other people. |
Rip-Off Customer | Customer who wants something they don't need and says "not good enough." |
