TermDefinition
Autocorrect A feature that replaced symbols, commonly misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings.
Clipboard Stores the items for you to paste in another location of the document or another office file.
Copy Places a duplicate copy in the clipboard.
Cut Removes it from the original location and places the text in the clipboard collection.
Document properties Identify the creator of the document, the date the document was created, its subject and category, and keywords that can be used to search for the document.
Go To A command that provides a way to navigate through longer documents quickly.
Navigation Pane A way to easily locate specific text, graphics, objects, and equation within a document
Object Zoom In read mode enables you to zoom in on objects such as tables, charts, or images while in Read Mode.
Paste Puts the text from the clipboard to a new location in either the original document or a new document.
Reade Mode Changes the page layout of the document with a larger font for easier reading.
Replace Command that allows you to replace something such as font color, bolding, or italics. To take something out and put something else in its place.
Thumbnails The page images of a document.
Wildcard Characters that help to fins words or phrases that contain specific or combinations of letters.
